My husbands family lives in Mexico and we have tried so many programs including Rosetta Stone to help our kids learn Spanish and none of them have kept there attention until we found the Pimsleur program.  It came packaged in a really nice box with 16 Cd's.  After we put the first one in all 4 of our kids were speaking Spanish right along with the CD.  My kids range in age from 2-14. (The one I featured speaking in the video just turned 5 years old)  I still can't believe how much they have learned; this program is amazing for all ages.  Our 2 year old will be playing with his toys while we are playing the Cd's and he is speaking right along with our older kids! It is so easy to remember what is taught, the program goes slow enough so you can speak along with it and it is so clear to understand.  I took 2 years of Spanish in school and this program has also helped me to touch up on my Spanish.
