My Review:
I have had madeleines so many times and always thought they would be hard to make. After receiving this pan I was impressed at how easy it was. I sprayed the pan with "pam baking spray" The cookies just slid right out. The form of the pan makes the cookies so pretty and they turn out perfect every time! I do wash my pan by hand, I know the dishwasher can be harsh on pans like this. The pan also worked great with cake mix for making little snack cakes and we also used it for brownies and they turned out perfect as well. (Just remember the cooking time on those types of treats is a lot shorter) *Sample received
