My Review:

When this arrived the bright red color was a great indication that this was very high quality fresh ground Chili.  As soon as you open the bag your senses are awaken by the fresh scent.  This ground chili is very spicy so a little goes a long way ;)  We are Hispanic and ground chili is a staple in our cooking.  Many people associate this with "chili" only. 
There are actually so many wonderful uses for this ground Chili:

Great to add spice to any soups or stews
Add a little extra heat to salsa
Great for fajitas
add to beef, fish and poultry rubs
spicy potato wedges
great sprinkled on any veggies my personal favorite is corn on the cob
add to dips

Really any dish you want to spice up this is great for.  Jiva Organics offers great quality at a great price. The package size is great and with a resealable bag you can keep if fresh for a long time.
