My Review

 

I had a knee injury several months ago and the physical therapy was not only costly but time consuming. Mainly I was using resistance bands to re gain the strength in my knee so I decided to get a set that I could use at home.

 

After receiving this set to reivew I was amazed at the overall quality.

The rubber on the resistance bands are very strong and durable.

 

The Cushioned foam handles are an added bonus for the best comfort during any workout. There is a metal clipping system on the bands for attaching to the soft-grip handles or ankle straps.  This is a great addition, many are made of plastic making them prone to break.

 

This set offers the ability to set your resistance anywhere from 4lbs-75lbs with its unique stack able bands. A door anchor is also provided to allow you to workout most anywhere.

 

The use of resistance bands is so much safer and cheaper than lifting weights plus it allows you to work out so many more muscles at different angles that cannot be achieved on any other fitness device.  The set is so safe, our teen daughter uses it daily as well to gain muscle in her legs and shoulders for sports.
