My Review:
What really got my attention with this thermometer was that the probe folds down, great for saving space and preventing unwanted pokes to your hands from it when reaching in the kitchen drawer.
I have tried this several times and the temperature is right on every time. I also opened and closed it about 20 time to test that it came on every time and it did. The back light is really bright, so reading this is super easy. The added storage case is really nice, keeps it clean and easy to find. I was sent this for review purposes.
