My Review:

The reflective black glass surface makes this scale a real eye catcher.  The scale is very light weight and offers a slim design.

 The scale is operated with by touch, and as noted it does work fine with food service gloves making this great for the commercial as well as the home. 

I gave this several tests and all readings were very accurate even the tare reading. What I really like about this scale compared to others is the capacity...you can weigh up 11 pounds with ease.  Perfect for meats, fruits/veggies, and bulk foods. 

My kids use this as well for science and math.  A great learning tool.  I was sent to try out in exchange for my honest review.
