My Review:
Jumprope is my favorite warmup exercise. This rope is excellent option.
To start off the ball bearings allow for easy smooth movement of the rope. One thing I noticed is that this rope is a little longer than most I have tried, so this would be great for taller people as well. Of course it is easily adjustable and works perfectly for my 6'1" husband all the way down to our 5' daughter.
The lightweight design really allows me to pick up high speeds and get the high intensity cardio workout I want. The handles are the perfect size for a comfortable hold. I love that it doesn't tangle, I have a bin I store my jumpropes in and have never had a tangle yet! I was sent this for review purposes.
