We have a huge garden and have used peat pots for years. To start off these pots are very high quality and that is so important if you want exceptional plant growth.
Not only are these 100% biodegradable but they also act like a seed/seedling incubator for while the plant is just starting out. I use these in my greenhouse to start seeds. They absorb water well and keep the seeds and seedlings warmer for optimal growth. As soon as the plants are ready for transplant; simply place the pot in the soil and the roots will break right through...if they haven't already. Since using these I have had amazing results with my garden. The plants grow so much larger and healthier than without the use of them.
I also love to use these to plant flowers in these and give them as gifts. Add a cute note card with a ribbon around it and you have the perfect gift that only needs to be placed in the ground..mess free and great for the environment.
