My family is very active in sports, hiking, and biking. It is very important for us to track our pulse and oxygen levels to ensure a peak workout. The small compact size of this makes it ideal for your backpack or gym bag. The self adjusting finger clamp makes it contour most any size of finger.  This is also very lightweight.

I have a medical grade Pulse Oximeter that I use at work, I compared that one with this Gurin one and they came out with identical results...so this is very accurate.
