My Review:
This thermometer is very accurate, I compared it with several others that I have. The design is quite different from the traditional stick style. This one has a contoured design that allows for easily handling. The probe is extra long..7" so perfect for getting a good reading for prime rib or other thick roasts. I really like that the probe folds up so no more poking your hands while digging through your kitchen drawer.
As for the readings, this offers both Fahrenheit as well as Celsius. The easy push buttons allow you to interchange between them. The screen is nice, and easy to read. Overall an excellent thermometer. Sample received for review purposes.
