My Review:
I have had several zesters over the years and nothing is worse than putting your hand in the drawer and it cuts your hand. This is actually the first zester I have had that comes with a cover to prevent that.
Since receiving this zester for review, I have used it Mexican cheeses, oranges, and chocolate. The Mexican cheese worked amazing, it made a nice presentation for my dish. On the orange, it was amazing, the zest was so fine it blended into my sauce perfectly! Last I used it to zest some white chocolate on top of a cake I baked. I was trying to get the look of snow and once again it worked flawlessly.
The handle is great for gripping and since this zester is a bit longer than most, it makes zesting everything an ease. Clean up is super easy too.
