My Review:
Let me start by saying this is a wonderful set, it is nice to have both the slicer and grater in a matching set.
Beginning with the grater, it is fine toothed so perfect for the medium to hard cheeses. I tried it on some hard Mexican cheese that is very similar to a Parmesan and it worked wonderfully. The handle is perfect size for easy gripping and doesn't slip. A perfect even grate. Cleaning this is very easy as well, I just place it on the top rack of the dishwasher.
On to the slicer, The blade on this is very sharp, perfect for soft and hard cheeses. When slicing the softer cheese I place them in the freezer for about 15 minutes and the extra chill firms them up enough to get a wonderful slice. Since every slice comes out uniform this is great for slicing cheese for parties and events too. Overall a wonderful set. I was sent this for review purposes, and I do test every product I receive.
