  • My Review:

As soon as this came I  opened the package and the thermometer completely broke.  The top popped off and the wires were just hanging there as you can see from my images.  There was nothing securing it together.  The top is made of a very weak low quality plastic as well as the safety cover.  The probe itself I believe is stainless steel.

I needed to see if this worked to be able to give my full review, so I attempted to re assemble it and put it to the test on a roast I had cooking.  I compared it to 2 other thermometers I had in the house and it was about 13 degrees off and in my opinion that can range from a fully cooked chicken to an undercooked one and cause food poisoning .   I am not sure if the reading was off due to the thermometer being broken or if it just gives inaccurate readings.

All in all this is a very low quality thermometer defiantly not worth the price of it.  If mine wasn't broken upon arrival, I still would have the same rating due to the quality issues. I received this in exchange for my honest review.
