My Review:
If looking for a fish oil supplement this may fit the bill for you. It contains 75% omega-3 with 1400 MG fish oil. The lemon flavor masks the fish oil. This is also a Non burp formula as well. Overall from a nutrition perspective this is a great choice. The only problem I has was the shape of these soft gels. They are quite large and round; making them a bit difficult to swallow and that was where my 4 start rating came in. This is actually the first time I have seen any soft gel that looked like this. Received these for review purposes.
