My Review:
Getting the proper balance is essential in supplements such as this. I have used many other fish oils in the past and this one offers the best balance of EPA and DHA. I also like the variety of cold-water fatty fish that are included in this: sardine, anchovy, and mackerel. I currently take a fish oil to help reduce inflammation from fibromyalgia.
These gel caps are easy to swallow and have no fishy aftertaste what-so-ever. They also seem to be a true "burp-free" formula. Really like this supplement and would highly recommend it. I was sent this for review purposes.
